What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?

Grade A pallets are like-new with no repairs; Grade B pallets are structurally sound with minor cosmetic wear; Grade C pallets are economy units with visible wear but functional for lighter or one-way use.

Which pallet grade should I choose for my business?

Use Grade A for export, automation, food, pharma, or high-value products; Grade B for most warehouse, manufacturing, and regional shipping; Grade C for one-way shipping, internal moves, or DIY projects.

What standard pallet sizes do you stock?

We keep 48x40 GMA, 48x48, 42x42, 48x36, and 40x40 in stock. Other sizes are available or can be sourced on request.

Do you offer heat-treated pallets?

Yes. ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets with HT stamps are available in all common sizes for export shipments and regulated applications.

How much weight can your pallets handle?

Typical capacities: Grade A 2,500-3,000 lbs static, Grade B 1,500-2,500 lbs, and Grade C 800-1,500 lbs depending on load distribution and condition.

Can I order custom pallet sizes?

We can source or build custom dimensions. Lead times are usually 2-3 weeks based on specification and volume.

Do you offer block and stringer pallets?

Yes. We stock both 4-way block pallets and traditional 2-way stringer pallets. Let us know your handling equipment and racking setup.

Are pallets available in bulk with discounts?

Volume pricing is available starting at 50 units, with deeper discounts for 500+ and truckload quantities. Ask for a custom quote.

Can I swap pallets if they do not meet the expected grade?

Absolutely. If any pallet does not match the agreed grade, we will replace or credit it promptly.

Do you supply documentation for compliance?

We provide ISPM-15 certificates for heat-treated pallets and grading documentation when needed for audits or customer requirements.
